All I Need to Know, I Learned From Noah's Ark
Submitted by: Dee Clinch

  1. Don't miss the boat.

  2. Remember that we are all in the same boat.

  3. Plan ahead. It wasn't raining when Noah built the Ark.

  4. Stay fit. When you're 600 years old, someone may ask you to do something really big.

  5. Don't listen to critics, just get on with the job that needs to be done.

  6. Build your future on high ground.

  7. For safety's sake, travel in pairs.

  8. Speed isn't everything. The snails were on board with the cheetahs.

  9. When you're stressed, float awhile.

  10. Remember the Ark was built by amateurs, the Titanic by professionals.

  11. No matter the storm, when you are with Yahweh, there's always a rainbow waiting.

  • Discussion is an evidence of knowledge. Argument is an evidence of ignorance.

  • Heard in a message one Sabbath: When you start to feel yourself judge someone, it may be beneficial to say instead, "I would not do it that way." That is such a powerful statement because it indicates there is no judging being done; just that you would do it differently. Let those judge who are willing to be judged with the very same measure. "Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you," Matthew 7:1-2.

  • Nothing is settled until it is settled right.

  • Favorite one-liners: "Is it a salvational issue?"  "What you see is temporary; what you do not see is eternal."

  • Don't worry about the world coming to an end today - it's already tomorrow in Australia!

  • It's bad to have an empty purse, but an empty head is a whole lot worse.

  • Are you ready for a New Start in Yahshua?

  • The Heavenly Father's Name appears 6,528 times in the Old Covenant alone!  Do you really think His Name is unimportant? (source:  E-Sword, King James Concordance).

  • Why dogs don't usually live as long as their masters: "People are born so that they can learn how to live a good life--like loving everybody all the time and being nice. Dogs already know how to do that, so they don't have to stay as long."
